Turn a pile of paper, or your complete filing cabinet, into neatly scanned PDF format file documents for compact filing and retrieval
Scan your documents from your paper originals one side or both sides on our high speed Xerox colour and black/white scanning machines
Same price for colour or black/white scanning
Quantity to enter is number of total scanned sides
Your originals:
- If your document is neat, undamaged and all the same size, it will be suitable for automatic feeding at a lower cost
- If your originals are different sizes or in poor condition these will need to be scanned by hand one at a time
- All staples and binding must be removed in advance
Scanning is done in bulk, we cannot offer individual file labelling for archiving
Choose your preferred saving format:
- Scan to PDF file and send by WeTransfer email download link
- Scan to PDF file and save to CD
- Scan to PDF file and save to my memory stick
